Land Survey

The land itself sits in the middle of an “island” skirted by Highway #3, “The Lighthouse Route,” and White Point Road #2, which begins on the highway and exits a few hundred yards from the origin point. It is central to four (4) beach areas within a ten minute drive: White Point, Summerville, Hunt’s Point and Carter’s (as well as Beach Meadows on the northern side of Liverpool).

Just two hundred yards down the road is White Point Beach Resort, Atlantic Canada's oldest privately-owned resort facility. It began in 1928 as a private hunting and fishing lodge. It started with a few cabins on the beach, an eight-room main lodge and a dining room. Many guests stayed for month or longer. Recreation has always been in important part of White Point's appeal and guests staying at White Point Manor are complimentary members of the White Point Resort Club.
